Strategy of Belt Tensioning
one. Calculate the deflection distance in mm on a basis of 16mm per meter of span. Center distance(m) x 16=Defection(mm).
2. Use a spring balance and rule measure the force with the belt, in case the worth falls inside the values provided, the drive needs to be satisfactory. Othewise, use the Torque arm’s turnbuckle modify the stress 
in the belt. (Note, the force direction along with the belt must be a appropriate angle).
